More than an evaluation
We don't just evaluate your injury. We help you take the next step.
We help you understand your injury, get appropriate medical guidance, and find your way to the next stage of treatment, so you aren't left to navigate it alone.
1
Access to specialized care
Timely orthopedic and spine evaluations by video, especially for people in rural Georgia who would otherwise face long drives and long waits.
2
Thorough evaluation and documentation
A full accident history, symptom assessment, supported diagnoses, causation assessment and treatment recommendations, at the first visit and again at MRI review.
3
Coordination and continuity
One clinical point of contact who helps arrange referrals to the specialists and services you need, when they are medically indicated.
How it works
Two telehealth appointments, then coordinated next steps.
Appointment 1
Comprehensive injury evaluation
- The accident and how you were injured
- Your symptoms and how they have developed
- Relevant prior medical history
- An examination appropriate to telehealth
- Supported diagnoses and an evidence-based assessment of how the injury occurred
- Treatment and diagnostic recommendations, including imaging when needed
Appointment 2, when an MRI is indicated and obtained
MRI review and follow-up
- A review of the MRI findings with the patient
- How the findings fit the symptoms and earlier exam
- Updated diagnoses and causation assessment
- Updated treatment recommendations and next steps
Then, when more care is needed
Coordinated next steps
When it's medically indicated, we help arrange referrals for orthopedic surgery consultations, neurosurgical evaluations, interventional spine treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation and additional imaging.
Those services are provided by independent outside providers, and you choose who you see. Our own care is by video only.
Every note reflects the actual clinical findings. No diagnosis, causation conclusion or imaging finding is decided in advance.
For patients
Be seen sooner, without the drive.
A specialized evaluation from home, a clear explanation of your injuries and options, and help arranging the care you need next.
For referring attorneys
Timely care for clients who can't easily get it.
Specialized evaluations for clients across Georgia, complete documentation from the first appointment through MRI review, and a clinical liaison who helps coordinate the next steps in care.

Medical Case Analysis for attorneys
A separate, independent consulting service: clinical analysis of orthopedic and spine records with a physician radiology review. It has its own intake and billing, and we never analyze a case for someone we have treated.
