Medical Case Analysis  •  Independent consulting

Orthopedic and spine records, clearly explained.

A Medical Case Analysis with independent radiology review, prepared by a practicing orthopedic and spine physician assistant for plaintiff, defense and workers' compensation counsel.

A separate service from our telehealth care, with its own intake and billing. Carrie never analyzes a case for anyone she has treated.

A paralegal can organize records. A clinician interprets them: correlating the imaging, connecting mechanism to diagnosis, and explaining what the evidence does and does not support.

Methodology

Built from the record, not toward a number.

Every analysis starts with the records and imaging. Reported history is separated from documented encounters, findings are explained against symptoms, exams and treatment response, and conflicting interpretations stay visible.

A diagnosis or cost appears only when it is documented in the record, tied to the incident and supported by a treating provider. Future-care costs start with the recommendation and its clinical basis, use actual bills first, and cite every source.

Who we work with

Plaintiff, defense and workers' compensation counsel, with orthopedic and spine injury files that include diagnostic imaging.

What it is not

Not a clinical visit, a certified life care plan, a Medicare Set-Aside allocation or legal advice. Engagements are non-testifying unless separately agreed, and never involve anyone Carrie has treated.

Questions

Case Analysis FAQ

Who prepares the analysis?

Carrie Goslin, PA-C, MMSc, prepares the clinical analysis. A physician radiologist provides a separately signed imaging opinion.

Is this a life care plan?

No. It covers supported future care and costs, but it is not a comprehensive or certified life care plan.

Does every report include a lifetime cost total?

No. Quantified estimates depend on documented recommendations, quantities and costs. Conditional care and missing inputs are identified.

What records do you need?

Treatment records, diagnostic reports and the actual imaging, plus prior records, bills and future-care recommendations when available.

Will you analyze a case for someone you treated?

No. Every engagement starts with a conflict check, including for clients referred to our telehealth care. Treating records are available only through a standard records release.

Can you provide an affidavit or testimony?

Both are scoped separately and depend on confirmed physician participation.

Can you work with Spanish-language records?

Yes. Certified translation is not offered.
