For referring attorneys
Launching soonTimely, specialized care for clients who can't easily get it.
Refer injured clients anywhere in Georgia for physician-supervised orthopedic and spine telehealth evaluations, with thorough documentation and a clinical liaison who helps coordinate the specialty care that follows.
The access problem
Distance shouldn't decide who gets seen.
For many injured clients, especially in rural Georgia, an orthopedic or spine evaluation means a long drive and a long wait. Some go without care; others are seen late, with little written down.
Bridge the Gap Medical brings a specialized evaluation to your client by video, documents it carefully from the first visit, and helps coordinate what comes next.
What your client receives
Two telehealth appointments with the same clinician.
Appointment 1
Comprehensive injury evaluation
- The accident and how you were injured
- Your symptoms and how they have developed
- Relevant prior medical history
- An examination appropriate to telehealth
- Supported diagnoses and an evidence-based assessment of how the injury occurred
- Treatment and diagnostic recommendations, including imaging when needed
Appointment 2, when an MRI is indicated and obtained
MRI review and follow-up
- A review of the MRI findings with the patient
- How the findings fit the symptoms and earlier exam
- Updated diagnoses and causation assessment
- Updated treatment recommendations and next steps
When further care is medically indicated, we help coordinate referrals to independent outside providers for orthopedic surgery consultations, neurosurgical evaluations, interventional spine treatment, physical therapy, rehabilitation and additional imaging.
What you can expect
Care first, documented well.
Timely access
Specialized evaluations for clients across Georgia, without travel to a clinic.
Complete visit notes
Structured, signed notes for both appointments, released with your client's written authorization.
Continuity through imaging
The clinician who examined your client reviews the MRI against that history and exam.
A clinical liaison
A clinician who knows orthopedic and spine treatment pathways and helps coordinate appropriate specialty referrals, so clients aren't left to navigate alone.

Carrie Goslin, PA-C, with more than eight years in orthopedics and interventional spine, practices under the supervision of board-certified orthopedic surgeon Daren Newfield, MD.

Questions
Referral FAQ
Which clients can you see?
People injured in accidents who are located in Georgia at the time of the visit and can join a video call. Full eligibility details will be posted before referrals open.
Do you provide in-person care?
No. Both visits are by telehealth. In-person exams, specialists, procedures and therapy are provided by independent outside providers.
Can you get my client in with a specialist?
When it's medically indicated, we help coordinate a referral to an appropriate independent provider. Scheduling is up to each provider, and your client chooses who they see.
Will every client get an MRI?
No. Imaging is recommended only when it is medically indicated. The second visit takes place when an MRI is obtained.
What will the notes say?
Whatever the clinical findings show. The history, examination, reasoning, diagnoses and causation assessment reflect the actual findings, and nothing is decided in advance.
How do we get the records?
Signed visit notes are released with your client's written authorization.
Can you also do a Medical Case Analysis for a client you treated?
No. Treatment and independent case analysis are kept separate, and Carrie does not analyze a case for anyone she has treated.
