This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and it does not store information you type into its forms. Our fonts and images are served from this site.

The forms on this site do not send anything to us directly. They open your own email app with a pre-filled message to carrie@bridgethegapga.com, which you choose whether to send. Emails you send are received by our business email account.

This site is hosted by GitHub Pages. Like most hosting providers, GitHub may keep standard technical logs, such as IP addresses, for security, under its own privacy statement.

Medical information

Please do not send medical details, records or claimant names by email or through this website. Telehealth visits are not yet open. When they open, patient information will be collected only through a secure clinical system, with a separate notice of privacy practices.

If this is a medical emergency, call 911. Information on this site is general and is not medical advice for any individual. Contacting us does not create a patient relationship; an accepted telehealth visit does.

Clinical care is provided by Carrie Goslin, PA-C, a physician assistant practicing under the supervision of Daren Newfield, MD. Specialty, surgical, therapy and other in-person services are provided by independent outside providers.
